How quickly will I receive my order after payment?
Delivery is instant to 5 minutes after you submit your UTR number. We verify your payment and send account credentials or activation codes directly via the order page. For most products, delivery is automatic.
Is payment safe on Topmart.in?
Yes, completely safe. We use UPI/QR-based payment which is processed directly through your bank. We don't store any payment information. All orders are manually verified before delivery.
What if the product I received doesn't work?
All products come with a 7-day warranty. If your product doesn't work, contact us immediately on Telegram @TopmartIn or WhatsApp. We'll either fix the issue or provide a replacement/refund. No questions asked.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! We offer full refunds within 7 days if the product is non-functional or doesn't match the description. To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details and UTR number.
Are these accounts shared or private?
Product type varies — some are private accounts, some are shared. This is clearly mentioned on each product page. For shared accounts, we guarantee the service will work for the full duration mentioned.
I paid but forgot to submit UTR. What do I do?

What payment methods do you accept?
